Mr.Kailas S.R. is the Chief Promoter of the company with majority of share holding. He is the Chairman & Managing Director of M/s. A P Met Engg Ltd., and Promoter Director M/s.Vijaya Industrial Alcohols Ltd., M/s.Sree Kailas Industrial Gases Ltd.,and M/s. Ravi Kailas Builders Pvt.Ltd., and he is having vast experience in running the industries.

Mr.Kailas S.R. is from a reputed business family and was born in Hyderabad. He graduated in Commerce from Osmania University. He practiced as a tax Consultant during period he was consulted by a number of leading clients from 1963-1966.

He has also promoted a number of successfully running business undertakings and business houses which include.

a) Tarnaka Agencies, a unit which deals in petroleum products which had a turn-over of Rs.1/-crore per annum.

b)Various Transport Companies which are leading organization in the State of Andhra Pradesh having contracts with leading Companies like IDPL, HMT, Sir SILK, HYDERABAD CONSTRUCTION CO.LTD.,ETC.

c)Director of M/s. MATRUSRI BUSINESS AND ENGINEERS, HYDERGUDA, since 1977,a unit which is leading in the city of Hyderabad for the construction of Apartments. He was a whole time Managing Partner for the Balaji Builders, Contractor of M/s.Matrusri Builders and Engineers, Hyderabad during the period of 1977 to 1980.

d)Director of M/s.Ravi Kailas Builders (P) Ltd., which proposes to deal in the construction of houses, buildings, and real estate. Registered in the year 1979-80.

e)Managing Director of M/S A P Met Engg.Ltd. which is a non-captive distillery with a licensed capacity if 31,500 LPD which had been running successfully since July, 1986.

f)Director of M/S. Sri Kailas Industrial Gases Ltd., for the manufacture of bio-gas from effluent spent wash.

g)Chairman of M/s Vijaya Industrial Alcohols Ltd. Having distillery in Pondicherry which was incorporated during the year 1985.

h)Promoter Director of M/s. Sree Kailas Sugars & Chemicals Ltd. During the year 1990
